A bit more

I’ve always loved taking photos.

And having sold a small Internet company in 2018 after 10 years on a laptop, I decided it was time to go back outside and be with people and nature and turn my part-time hobby into a new career.

Photography to me isn’t one style or one “right or wrong” way of doing things, and so I constantly try to experiment with different ideas and not get too caught up on a picture looking a certain way.

I think the best shots are often the candid moments you capture by just enjoying the time spent with a client, and making them feel safe and free. I love shooting in natural light, and prefer to be outside in the late afternoon.

My goal is to use a portion of my profits to plant trees in South Australia to give back to a landscape that I have spent so much time exploring, and so every new client helps get plants in the ground.

I'm doing more videography these days too, and really enjoy creating cinematic clips with a lot of soul. I don't do videos for weddings and events, but am happy to work with you on a high end piece if it's a product or creative idea.
